For assembling New Kawasaki Z250, Kawasaki manufacturer choose Thailand. Kawasaki Z250 is nakedbike version of the Kawasaki Ninja 250. Kawasaki Motor Indonesia (KMI) explained 40% of the production of Kawasaki present in Indonesia. Kawasaki Motor Indonesia itself also recognize the largest population Kawasaki Ninja 250 exist in Indonesia.
“Kawasaki Z250 development in Thailand. We hoped new products others will be assembled in Indonesia", said Freddyanto Basuki, Depertement Head Marketing and Promotion KMI. All New Kawasaki Z250 using 250 cc injection engine that same with owned Kawasaki Ninja 250FI. Kawasaki Z250 has streetfighter style a futuristic. Kawasaki Z250 Only available in one variant and to sold with priced Rp. 48.500.000 for Indonesia market.
